NetworkingAi Bylaws

1. Organizational Goals

  • Creating a warm and supportive business community that promotes growth through collaboration.

  • Empowering members through connections, mutual exposure, and advanced technological tools.

  • Maintaining a culture of giving, professionalism, and mutual respect.

2. Member Obligations

  • Regular Attendance: Continuous attendance at meetings is required. Members may be absent up to 3 times a year with prior notice. An absence is not counted if the member attends a different group meeting instead.

    • After 3 absences, the future of the partnership will be reviewed by both parties.

  • Active Participation: Every member is expected to take an active role: bringing guests, conducting 1-on-1 meetings, sharing knowledge, and partnering in initiatives.

  • Respectful Communication: Zero tolerance for harassment of any kind (verbal or physical) during meetings or on digital channels.

  • Givers Gain: A commitment to providing referrals, showing appreciation, and collaborating for the benefit of group members.

  • Community Spirit: Maintaining a positive atmosphere, mutual aid, and a desire to grow together.

3. Monthly Spotlight

The member who accumulates the most "Kudos" (Bravo/Commendations) during the month will receive a special spotlight at the monthly conference in front of dozens of independent business owners—providing prestigious exposure and true professional prestige.

4. Frameworks of Activity

4.1 Monthly Conferences

  • Held once a month in Kfar Saba, 09:00–12:00.

  • Includes: Mingling, open networking, a lecture/professional content, and refreshments.

  • Ticket Cost: 75 NIS.

  • Special Offer: Conference attendees are entitled to participate in one "Sayeret" (Squad) meeting of their choice at no extra charge (subject to prior coordination).

4.2 Group Meetings

  • Each "Sayeret" meets once a month.

  • Meetings include: Introduction round, updates, professional content, business presentations, experiential exercises, and referral sharing.

  • Professional Exclusivity: There is no duplication of professions within a single squad, ensuring no competition over your specific "hat."

4.3 Visiting Other Groups

  • Open only to annual subscribers, monthly trial participants, and eligible conference attendees (one-time visit)—subject to availability. All visits must be coordinated in advance with the Group Leader. Leader details can be found under the "Groups" category.

  • Group members may visit up to two other groups per month in addition to their home group; further visits are strictly based on availability.

  • Each group can host up to 6 guests: 3 spots reserved for members of other groups and 3 spots for outside guests.

  • Registration is on a "First Come, First Served" basis.

4.4 Additional Community Events

Beyond regular meetings, NetworkingAi occasionally initiates inspirational events and festive toasts. Participation is recommended to strengthen the connection to the wider community.

5. Membership Fees and Renewal

  • Annual Membership Fee: 1,800 NIS.

  • Trial Month: Access to all groups and the conference for a cost of 150 NIS.

  • Commitment: Following the trial month, joining is for a full year. No refunds will be given for early withdrawal.

  • Renewal: The organization will send reminders toward the end of the membership, but the responsibility for payment renewal lies with the member.

6. Acceptance of New Members

  • All candidates undergo a personal interview to assess suitability.

  • Upon joining, the member receives these bylaws and confirms their understanding and commitment.

7. Termination of Membership

  • In case of persistent failure to meet obligations, NetworkingAi management and the Squad Leader will attempt to find a solution.

  • If no solution is found, termination of membership will be considered, while maintaining mutual respect.

  • In cases of severe behavioral issues, membership will be terminated immediately without a refund.

8. Code of Ethics

  • Representation: Each member represents their own business; transparency, reliability, and fairness are expected.

  • Confidentiality: Sensitive business information, ideas, and insights shared in meetings remain within the group.

  • Communication: Spamming NetworkingAi communication channels is strictly prohibited.

9. Organizational Responsibility

  • NetworkingAi provides a platform for networking and opportunities.

  • The organization does not guarantee a specific number of referrals or clients.

  • Responsibility for business success lies solely with the member; the community is a supportive tool.

  • Responsibility for services provided by external vendors (lecturers, venues) lies with the vendors and not NetworkingAi.

10. Privacy and Data Use

NetworkingAi commits to protecting member privacy and will not make commercial use of personal information beyond what is required for community activities.

11. Copyright and Content

All professional materials, presentations, or ideas presented in meetings remain the property of their creators. NetworkingAi provides the stage but does not own the content.
